Значение невозобновляемой и возобновляемой невостребованной энергии, деленное на значение поставленной энергии. При этом учитывается энергия, необходимая для добычи, переработки, сохранения, транспортирования, выработки, преобразования, передачи, распределения и др. для выполнения технологических операций, требуемых для поставки в здание, в котором используется поставленная энергия.
Примечание
Значение общего фактора невостребованной энергии всегда больше единицы.
